How to make steamed fish at home?

Hi guys,this is Young!

I like to eat steamed fish very much because of sample,fast and nice.it’s great for lazy person like me.

Actually,there are rich in protein from fish.If you want to keep a strong body,you should eat fish  a lot.

I like to make steamed fish after work or weekend.So you guys “Young,which fish do you use?”,I want to say”grass carp,only.”

 

Ingredients:

Grass carp, salt, food oil

Garlic, ginger, onions

Pepper, parsley, soy sauce

 

1.Cut the surface of the grass carp and fix plate for 10 minutes

2.Add some water into pot and make it boiling;Place the plate on top of the tool

Cover the lid and steam for 10 minutes.

3.After 10 minutes, remove the fish dish;

pour out the water in the pot, put food oil in the pot to boil;

fine onions, small red pepper, coriander sauce into the oil and stir fry for 20 seconds, you can pan pour in the fish dish.Then you can taste delicious, tender spicy steamed fish.

 

Wow,wow, no suitable dishes piled together looks not so good, but the fish is tender, spicy taste!
